Recommendation Filters
The Recommendation Filters section contains four filter groups for controlling which products can appear in a recommendation.
- Product Filters – Filter recommendations using product details such as categories, tags, attributes, price, stock, and brands.
- Sales & Performance Filters – Recommend products based on sales, revenue, conversion, and engagement performance.
- Customer Behavior Filters – Recommend products based on browsing, cart, purchase, and interest behavior.
- Product Relationship Filters – Recommend products based on relationships such as related products, upsells, cross-sells, and frequently bought together products.
You can use one or multiple filters together to narrow down the products shown in a recommendation.
