Shipping Label

WowInvoice allows you to generate professional shipping labels for WooCommerce orders directly from your store.

You can customize shipping label layouts, manage shipping and packaging information, configure notification emails, and control the display of customer and order details on the label.

Shipping labels help simplify packaging and delivery workflows by displaying essential shipping details in a compact and organized format.

In the following sections, we will go through each shipping label setting and customization option.

Configuration

WowInvoice supports multiple shipping label layout sizes. You can choose from:

A4
A5
Letter

After that, you can enable a dedicated notification by checking ‘Send shipping label notification email’. Once enabled, you can configure:

Notification Order Statuses: Select the order statuses that trigger the notification email.
Notification Email Recipients: Enter the email addresses of the recipients. Separate multiple emails with commas or the Enter key.

Additionally, you can click the “Edit shipping label notification email template” link to customize the email’s design and content.

Customization

WowInvoice provides extensive customization options for WooCommerce shipping labels.

You can control the appearance, displayed information, labels, and shipping-related details directly from the customization panel.

The customization settings are divided into several sections for easier management:

Header & Logo

This section controls the primary branding of your shipping label. You can customize:

Enable or disable logo
Adjust logo size

Packaging Details

This section controls the order and package-related information displayed on the shipping label. You can customize:

Title label
Show Order Date and change label
Show Order Number and change label
Show Weight and change the field label
Show Order Amount and change label

This section allows you to manage the contact information and shipping address. You can customize:

Show Customer Email
Show The Customer’s Phone Number
