Delivery Note

WowInvoice allows you to generate professional delivery notes for WooCommerce orders directly from your store.

You can customize delivery note layouts, control displayed order and shipping information, and configure automated notification settings for different order statuses.

Delivery notes help simplify the delivery and fulfillment workflow by providing essential shipment and customer information in a clean and organized format.

In the following sections, we will go through each delivery note setting and customization option step by step.

Configuration

WowInvoice supports multiple delivery note layout sizes. You can choose from:

A4
A5
Letter

After that, you can enable a dedicated notification by checking ‘Send delivery note notification email’. Once enabled, you can configure:

Notification Order Statuses: Select the order statuses that trigger the notification email.
Notification Email Recipients: Enter the email addresses of the recipients. Separate multiple emails with commas or the Enter key.

Additionally, you can click the “Edit delivery note notification email template” link to customize the email’s design and content.

Customization

WowInvoice provides extensive customization options for WooCommerce delivery notes.

You can control the appearance, displayed information, and labels directly from the customization panel.

The customization settings are divided into several sections for easier management:

Header & Logo

This section controls the primary branding of your delivery note. You can customize:

Header text
Enable or disable logo
Adjust logo size

Date & Number

From this section, you can manage the identifying information of the document. You can:

Show or hide order dates
Change date labels
Show or hide order numbers
Change numbering labels
Add custom order meta field

Billing & Shipping Address

This section allows you to manage the contact information and display labels for your delivery notes.

Shipping Address

You can choose to include specific customer contact details within the shipping section:

Show or hide customer email

Product Table

This section controls the appearance and data shown inside the delivery note item list. You can customize:
