Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who has the necessary skills and expertise in web application support. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Issue Resolution.
Bug Reporting & Quick Feedback.
Work closely with QA, Product, and Development teams.

Requirements

Proficient in written English and excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of front-end stuff like HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, etc.
Must be able to write grammatically correct responses.
Good knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
Knowledge of WordPress & WooCommerce is a plus point.
PHP basic knowledge is a plus point.
