Q: What is the process to purchase a product? 

Answer: You will need to register to WPXPO to buy premium products. Once registered, you can make a purchase from your products pricing table. You can activate your themes or plugins from your dashboard with the designated license key upon successful transaction. 

Q: What are the accepted payment methods? 

Answer: We accept payment via PayPal and internationally accepted credit cards. Please visit the support page to learn more about the accepted payment gateways. 

Q: How do you get in touch with us? 

Answer: The best way to get in touch with us is via the Contact Form. We will answer any queries regarding the support of our themes and plugins. You can also reach out to us for licensing support as well. 

Q: What is the minimum support response time? 

Answer: We are always ready to provide the best possible support to our customers. In general, it take may take us 24-hours to respond to your query. You can use our contact form to reach out. 

Please note that we will be able to resolve support issues on business days. Our office hours are as follows: 

  • Business Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (GMT 6+)   
  • Weekly Holidays: Friday and Saturday  

Q: How does the product licensing work? 

Answer: We have free and paid WordPress themes and plugins. We offer time-to-time updates for the free themes and plugins. 

You have ‘Business’ and ‘Lifetime’ plans for our paid products. The ‘Business’ plan has limitations on licensing in terms of the time period (subscription time) and WordPress Activations (The number of sites where our products can be used).

The ‘Lifetime’ plan has no restrictions in terms of licensing. You can use it in as many WordPress websites as you please. As a paid customer, we will offer regular product updates to you.

Q: How do I download a product after purchase? 

Answer: You can download your purchased theme or plugin from your WPXPO Account Dashboard. 

Q: Do I need the free version of the plugin to activate the pro version? 

Answer: Yes, you will need the free version of a theme or plugin installed on your WordPress site to activate the ‘Pro’ license. 

You will have the ‘Upgrade to Pro’ option when you install and activate one of our themes and plugins. If you’ve purchased a pro version, then you will be able to activate your theme or plugin from your WPXPO account dashboard.

Q: How do we test your products beforehand? 

Answer: We have a live demo available for all our WordPress themes and plugins. You can visit the themes or plugins page to see our product in action. 

Or you can download the free version of our WordPress themes and plugins to see them in action. 

Q: Is there a refund policy? 

Answer: We have a ‘NO QUESTIONS ASKED’ refund policy. It means if you are not satisfied with our WordPress themes or plugins, you can ask for a refund within 14-days. And we won’t ask any questions!

Q: How long does it take to process a refund? 

Answer: In general, it takes around 3 business days to complete a refund request. You can go through our refund policy if you wish.
