Editorial Process
When developing content from scratch, he follows a structured approach to ensure quality and engagement:
1. Understand the user and intent — Identify the problem, question, or decision the reader needs to resolve.
2. Research and verify — Review current documentation, product information, search results, competitors, and other relevant evidence before making factual claims.
3. Add practical context — Use workflows, examples, screenshots, product observations, and limitations when they materially improve the explanation.
4. Write for clarity — Structure the content so readers can find the main answer quickly without unnecessary explanation or keyword stuffing.
5. Review and update — Check accuracy, readability, links, product behavior, and other information that may change over time.
