We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases of our WordPress themes and plugins, starting from the date of purchase confirmation. If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria below, we will process a full refund of the product price (excluding non-refundable taxes or fees) promptly after verification.

Refunds trigger the deletion of related personal purchase data (e.g., transaction IDs, product keys, order history) from our systems, unless retention is required for legal purposes (e.g., tax compliance under Bangladeshi law), as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for a refund only if your request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and meets one or more of the following clearly defined reasons:

Moreover, it may take up to 72 hours to resolve product issues due to unforeseen circumstances. However, for a new feature request, which is possibly custom and requires additional work, eligibility will be revised by the support team.
  • Failure to Provide Promised Support: We are unable to deliver the level of support specified in your purchased package (e.g., premium support for paid products) within the 24-hour (max) response goal outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

To maintain fairness and prevent abuse, refunds will not be granted for the following reasons. These exclusions protect our operations while encouraging users to review product details before purchase:

  • Requests After 14 Days: Any refund request submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
  • Purchases with Special Coupons/Discounts: Purchases made using a special coupon or discount code provided by our support or business team, as these are final sale transactions.
  • Bundle Offer Purchase: Bundle offers are non-refundable.

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the product, preferring an alternative, or claiming a mistaken purchase.

  • Processing: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days (longer during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods). Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon processing. If denied, we will provide a clear explanation and, where applicable, suggest alternatives (e.g., support fixes or product updates).
  • Appeals: If you believe a denial was incorrect, reply to the denial email within 7 days with new evidence for re-review.

  • Legal Compliance: Refunds comply with GDPR and CCPA, ensuring no discrimination for exercising consumer rights. For example, requesting a refund will not affect your access to other services or support.
